We accept a variety of payment options to fit all budgets for cosmetic and plastic surgery. Cash, Checks, Credit CardsCash, money order, check, and credit card payments must be paid in full two weeks before surgery. Certified checks are accepted, but not business checks. Payment by personal checks must be made fully three weeks before surgery and include the driver’s license (state and number). Credit cards accepted by the Lifetime Looks Surgery Center include Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
